supplies, they have assisted in the training of my staff and even the hospital’s EVS staff in regards to
using appropriate sterile cleaning techniques. HCICS has been very accommodating to the scheduling of
monthly terminal cleans so that we can accommodate repair work that needs to be done as well as
emergency terminal cleans in some cases providing this service the same day. HCICS has helped us with
maintaining documentation in regards to cleaning that has been invaluable when dealing with
regulators. They also have made recommendations and made known observations as it relates to issues
that they have seen in the IV room suite so that we can remedy. The staff of HCICS are professional,
